MagniSort™ Mouse CD11b Positive Selection Kit 设计用于通过阳性选择实现 CD11b+ 细胞的磁性分离。它经过优化，可利用生物素化的抗小鼠 CD11b 抗体和链霉素亲和素包被的磁珠从小鼠骨髓细胞或脾细胞中分离 CD11b+ 细胞。请参考 MagniSort™ 小鼠 CD11b 阳性选择方案，了解从以上两种组织中分离 CD11b+ 细胞所需要的特定优化条件。CD11b+ 细胞会与抗体结合，随后结合至磁珠。将其放入磁力架中，非目标细胞可通过倾析从 CD11b+ 细胞中分离出来。
阳性选择后，可利用抗小鼠 CD11b（克隆号 M1/70）染色来验证所选细胞的纯度。
